Racing against time and criminals, Shotaro and Dr. Shikishima, Dr. Kaneda's colleague believed dead in the bombing, found Tetsujin 28-go, as the robot was officially known, first. The duo eventually prevented its capture by the outlaws and decided to dedicate it to promoting peace instead of war.
