However, rumors are quietly circulating about an intricate escape plan. Allegedly, "Mina Tepes has issued a call to all American vampires: once arriving on the West Coast, a ship will transport them to the Vampire Bund." Countless vampires are lured by the prospect of surviving and follow this rumor, making their way to the western coast.
